Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, evolve development processes, write clean, high-performing code, and mentor junior engineers in pair programming.

Lead a platform team focusing on IAM, mailing services, and backend architecture. Initially hands-on, you will later assume people management and deliver the IAM and Mailing product while balancing time, budget, and quality.
