Support Analytics Engineering by writing SQL in BigQuery, maintaining DBT models, and documenting data definitions. Maintain Tableau dashboards and Google Sheets reports, perform ad-hoc analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights.

Ship user-facing features end-to-end across payroll, tax, and accounting platforms, collaborating with Product and Design to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions. Improve reliability, performance, and security, and drive quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.

Develop Java-based software in a modern microservices architecture and build REST- and event-based services in a cloud environment using Kubernetes, Azure and Docker.

Help define the tech stack and shape the engineering culture by building across the full technology stack. Lead architectural decisions end-to-end with documentation to ensure clarity.
